Terms and Conditions

A deposit is taken on placement of the order and full payment is required before delivery.

All goods remain the property of Pacificblue Design Ltd. until paid for in full. Overdue payments will incur daily interest at a rate of 7%.

All work incorporating processed / toughened glass is subject to a tolerance of + / - 2mm.

While every effort is made to eliminate bubbles and creep in our UV bonding, Pacificblue Design Ltd. will not be liable for any instances where these do occur.

Unless otherwise agreed, a 'snagging' period of 1 month is allowed following the delivery and installation of goods.

Delivery is by agreement only. Certain heavy or large goods will be supplied on pallets for collection only from our works.
